The Royal Victoria and Bull Hotel

The well-loved Bull & Vic is one of the oldest standing buildings in Dartford Town Centre and was built in 1703. Now Grade II listed, the pub holds a lot of character with period features throughout and a vaulted gallery. Though known as the Bull & Vic, the pub is actually named the Royal Victoria and Bull, which was first used by Landlord Rowley Edward Potter and his wife when they were appointed postmaster and mistress to the Queen. In fact, Queen Victoria spent the night at the Bull & Vic on 7th February 1838.
